SOUTH HOLDERNESS INTERNAL DRAINAGE BOARD

LAND DRAINAGE ACT 1991

INTERNAL DRAINAGE BOARDS (FINANCE) REGULATIONS, 1992

DRAINAGE RATES AND SPECIAL LEVY

AS REQUIRED by Section 48 of the Land Drainage Act, 1991 and The internal Drainage Boards (Finance) Regulations, 1992, the above Drainage Board gives notice as follows:

THORNGUMBALD SUB-DISTRICT

1.  On the 2^nd February 2016 the Board made a rate of 5p in the £ in respect of agricultural land and agricultural buildings in their district to raise £2766.35 of their expenditure for the year ending on 31^st day of March 2017.

2.  Also on the 2^nd February 2016 the Board made a Special Levy of £7602.05 on the County of the East Riding of Yorkshire Council to raise the balance of their expenditure for the same year.

KEYINGHAM SUB-DISTRICT

1. On the 2^nd February 2016 the Board made a rate of 21p in the £ in respect of agricultural land and agricultural buildings in their district to raise £47945.31 of their expenditure for the year ending on 31^st day of March 2017.

2.  Also on the 2^nd February 2016 the Board made a Special Levy of  £4037.25 on the County of the East Riding of Yorkshire Council to raise the balance of their expenditure for the same year.

SKEFFLING SUB-DISTRICT

1.  On the 2^nd February 2016 the Board made a rate of 16p in the £ in respect of agricultural land and agricultural buildings in their district to raise £20886.88 of their expenditure for the year ending on 31^st day of March 2017.

2.  Also on the 2^nd February 2016 the Board made a Special Levy of £2975.20 on the County of the East Riding of Yorkshire Council to raise the balance of their expenditure for the same year.

OTTRINGHAM SUB-DISTRICT

1.  On the 2^nd February 2016 the Board made a rate of 8p in the £ in respect of agricultural land and agricultural buildings in their district to raise £11425.04 of their expenditure for the year ending on 31^st day of March 2017.

2.  Also on the 2^nd February 2016 the Board made a Special Levy of £1938.37 on the County of the East Riding of Yorkshire Council to raise the balance of their expenditure for the same year.

WINESTEAD SUB-DISTRICT

1.  On the 2^nd February 2016 the Board made a rate of 17p in the £ in respect of agricultural land and agricultural buildings in their district to raise £20121.03 of their expenditure for the year ending on 31^st day of March 2017

2.  Also on the 2^nd February 2016 the Board made a Special Levy of £4569.66 on the County of the East Riding of Yorkshire Council to raise the balance of their expenditure for the same year.

PRESTON SUB-DISTRICT

1.  On the 2^nd February 2016 the Board made a rate of 1.4p in the £ in respect of agricultural land and agricultural buildings in their district to raise £2356.55 of their expenditure for the year ending on 31^st day of March 2017.

2.  Also on the 2^nd February 2016 the Board made a Special Levy of £33,258.95 on the County of the East Riding of Yorkshire Council to raise the balance of their expenditure for the same year.
